Business Development Representative

Apply for BD role

You'll talk to small business owners every day. Help them figure out which AvenX services fit their problem. We provide training, pitch deck, scripts, and warm intro support. You bring hustle and a real interest in operators.

Who fits

  • You like talking to people. Voicemails don't scare you.
  • You can read a business and know what's broken in 10 minutes.
  • You want compensation tied to real work, not hours logged.
  • Bilingual EN/ES is a plus for the South FL market.

AI Build Specialist

Remote · Part-time or full-time · Project-based

Apply for Build role

You'll build the chatbots, automations, and workflows we sell. Lots of n8n / Make / Zapier / custom code. We hand you the spec; you ship in 7-14 days. Real client-facing work from day one.

Who fits

  • You've shipped at least 3 automation projects (any platform).
  • You're comfortable with APIs, webhooks, conditional logic.
  • You write code when needed, but no-code when it's smarter.
  • You don't need 6 meetings before shipping.

Operator (general)

Remote · Part-time · Open scope

Pitch your role

    Approved candidates get a 20-minute intro call with the team.

    Small paid trial: real work, close to a real client, with real feedback. Usually within 7 days.

  4. Roll on

    Trial goes well, you're on the team. Compensation + scope discussed openly.
