The role

You are a remote Business Development Representative on the Avenscale BD team. Your job is to identify companies that fit our ideal client profile, reach out using the playbook + scripts we provide, and book qualified discovery calls for our closing team.

You will be coached by our founders, plugged into a Slack of fellow reps, and given the kit, scripts, and CRM access to start producing in week one.

What you'll actually do
  • Send 20–80 personalized outreach messages per day (warm + cold) using our scripts
  • Manage a pipeline of conversations using our CRM
  • Book qualified discovery calls into our team's calendar
  • Follow up on deals that close — you earn recurring commission as long as the client stays
  • Attend weekly team trainings + 1:1 with your manager

Compensation reality (we tell you the truth)

This role is commission-only. There is no base salary, benefits, or guaranteed income. You are a 1099 independent contractor.

That means: if you don't produce, you don't earn. If you produce, you can out-earn most full-time entry sales jobs by month 3-6.

Our top reps earn $5,000–$15,000+/month after their ramp. Reps who don't follow the playbook earn zero. The system works — you have to work it.

You're a fit if

  • You can dedicate at least 10–15 hours per week
